4. After advance payment reception, we undertake to confirm receipt of your money, having sent you written acknowledgement of your booking is and will be a guarantee of your reservation.

Ways of realisation of payment:

. By means of a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD)

. Through the international system of urgent remittances Western Union

. Remittance on our bank bill (transfer only in USD, and national currency of Ukraine is possible).

In a case if you could not be occupied in the reserved apartment in agreed date, the advance payment for the first days of residing does not come back.

In case of change of date of your arrival the advance payment also does not come back, you will need to reserve anew for new date and to pay an advance payment once again
